A customer organization is a company you do business with. People who work there are contacts inside that organization. They are not counted one by one.
Do customers need to sign up?
No. They open a personal link and can respond by text, voice, or video without a Tell Them account.
Are internal teammates unlimited?
Yes. Invite the teammates you need. The price follows customer organizations, not seats.
Will TeeTee email everyone at once?
No. TeeTee selects a mix of people and spreads check-ins across weekdays.
